I know a lot of people have been relocating to parts of California, and I want to relocate, too. I have been confused because there are some properties that I have been looking at that are in Nevada County. Apparently, it is not in Nevada, though, it is in California, which is better. The house that I was looking at is amazing, and it is the right price, and it is even better that it is in California. I just really want to live someone that is amazing, and this property in Nevada County real estate is what I am looking for.

Do you know why there are so many homeless people wandering around New York? I do. They love the city so much, that they don’t want to waste any time working in some hamburger joint or cleaning public toilets. They don’t allow anything or anyone to take them away from their love for New York. They won’t even leave the streets at night to go home, they made themselves a permanent home on the streets. If anyone ever took them out of New York, they’d go online looking for cheap flights to new york, so they could go back home!

So I watched Transformers on my Nintendo DS the other day. It was a great time, I only wish I had seen the movie before on a bigger screen (which is now very high on my to-do list as soon as I get home). M3 DS allowed me to watch my movies on the DS without having to convert them to some weird file format that only mobile devices use. I will be in the market for a bigger capacity card though as the existing one is not enough to meet my movie watching needs now. I hope that the new cards are worth it.

We have been thinking about purchasing an electric fireplace. There are many brands out there. I recently read the charmglow electric fireplace review and was very impressed with this brand. The feature I like the best is that they use a holographic image to create the flame. That means if you want to have fire in the summer, but don’t want the extra heat, you can just turn on the appearance of the flame and leave the heat off. Also, you can just turn the heat on and leave the flame off. What a great idea! After reading a few extraordinary things online, I feel compelled to write about this guy, Ron Pollack.  I noticed him on several other profile sites as well,through a continued search of his impressive accomplishments on FaceBook and HubPages.  For a short time after gradating from both Harvard and Yale, Ron Pollack joined with his renowned family history in real estate prior to moving into Finances.  He has been able to influence several businesses with his financial and investment strategies causing his companies and several others to flourish, specializing in Hedge Funds.  He is truly accomplished in the art of  Short-Selling which has brought him back to this market throughout his success.  He has reaped the benefits of dedication and determination in more than one industry.  Not only is he well rounded with education and work experience but he has a intense humanity when it comes to charitable foundations.  I was extremely impressed while learning about his leadership roles with some really terrific organizations like the New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project, the Vail Valley Foundation and the Community Learning Center, to name a few.  Deeply needed medical assistance for our selfless Hero’s of September 11th, is what these projects provided.  The touching stories of these Hero’s who are finally able to sleep a whole night through and rid them selves of that horrid “9/11” cough that hundreds suffer from, is truly heartwarming.  It is good to know that even a highly successful business and family man like Ron Pollack would contribute his valuable time, with such dedication and hard work, to help lead these wonderful foundations to achieve such great levels of charity.
