I run a fairly large food manufacturing company. We specialized in frozen baked goods. The kinds you can reheat in 20 to 30 minutes and have a nice dessert to go along with your meal. We have a large industrial Mixing Tank that is used all through out the day. We require the workers to pay close attention to the machine because if it breaks down it could slow up the business for days. We recently hired a few onsite mechanics who would be in the building if the machines were to have any issues. I thought it was cheaper to hire them than lose out on business for a day or two.
