Since my pregnancy I’ve decided to take some extra time in taking care of myself. I kind of let myself go during my son’s pregnancy and found myself wanting to make up for lost time. I started to lose weight and once I did lose all the weight I gained during the pregnancy I started to look at other things I wanted to improve about myself. My teeth have been stained by coffee, tea, and chocolate I’d become so accustomed to eating and realized that I needed to find a good way to whiten teeth. My teeth needed to become a few shades whiter to enhance my naturally nice smile so I became a bit obsessed with figuring out how to do this. It was something I started thinking about when I realized how much my husband loved my smile and started to make comments about my teeth becoming more “yellow” or “off-white”. I found a great deal of good articles online that showed me what I needed to do. I think that 2009 is going to be the year that I improve myself remarkably, and this is a good start.

Why I want to flatten my stomach.

This summer the fire department is raising money by putting together a calendar of different firfighters in different poses. The proceeds from the calendar will go towards the burn unit in our city. I want to be one of the firefighters featured in the catalog;however I would need to get in better shape and fast. I recently joined a gym and started to work out. One thing I noticed was that my stomach needed some extra work. I needed to do something to get six pack abs fast. I guess the calendar will be focusing on men who have this physical feature.
