Our idea of a perfect vacation was to get away from the office and to get out of town for at least two weeks.  We did not want to spend our time on tours or climbing pyramids.  We just wanted to kick back in the privacy of our own place and to offer our bodies up as burnt offerings on the beach.  We had tried this with various hotel chains and had discovered that their beach front properties were almost standing room only.  Our Costa Rica vacation home rentals always was different.  We had spacious accommodations and the use of near private beaches to relax on.

I believe that children deserve to be an active member of their family. This means that they should go with the parents on fun vacations, if the finances can allow it. When my husband and I decided that we were going to go on a vacation, we knew that we wanted the kids to go and experience what we were going to.
