Did You Know that Abs Machines Don’t Work?
April 28, 2009 3:55 pm HealthToday was a very ugly day. That is, it was raining the whole entire day and it was very cold. I was not going to go out, but I did went out to my friend’s house. I had a lot of fun with my friend because we were playing board games and computer games as well.
She was telling me many things that I did not know that she was aware of. For example, we were talking about fitness and she told me that ab machines can waste your time. I really thought that all the ab machines were good.
