I think the biggest reason people fail at this is their lack of desire to change their diet. He cannot eat fast food and other frozen foods and expect to lose weight. It takes a lifestyle change and exercise to really lose weight, especially losing neck fat. Neck fat is a little harder to get rid of than some other parts of the body. There is no way you can eat fast food every day and expect to lose neck fat. It just does not happen that way.
