There are many kinds of products you can purchase for attempting to eliminate water getting into your basement. I’ve seen more than my fair share over the years for sure. The problem is, most do not work.

If you are going to use a basement waterproofing product, be sure to stick with a good name brand. Something from a company like DAP is much better to go with that something you have never heard of.

Also keep in mind that when it comes to keeping your basement from leaking, if you have a lot of water coming in through the walls, no product is likely to fix it. I see it happen a lot. The only thing accomplished was the loss of time and money.
