I’ve been on a lot of plants and gardening forums online and have been searching for ways to buy plants at a discounted rate.  I’ve found that Plants are rarely sold at highly discounted prices, but they are once in awhile.  It really comes down to being in the right place at the right time.  In my opinion, time is money, so it’s not worth it to go back to Lowes and Home Depot over and over again looking for plants on sale.  It’s better just buying plants when you need them from either these major department stores or other stores (drug stores, local plant nurseries, grocery stores, etc.).
