When you start to get spam in your email box, the first thing you want to do is remove it.  Usually there will be a link stating to click on it, so that your email address can be removed.   Don’t do it.  It is not a form of antispam that will remove you from the senders list.  Once you click on it, it just sends your email out to additional places and then the cycle keeps growing.  Spam is hard to stop, but it is even harder when you click on the link for removal because of the increase of spam you get.
