A new video game system that promises to change the way everyone plays games is coming this winter.  The winter of 2009 is the set launch date for a video game system that will be based on cloud servers in the United States.  The name of the new system is Onlive and it has been in the works for over 7 years now.  Beta testing will begin this summer and if all goes well, the future of gaming will be ready before the start of 2010.  I didn’t imagine we would have a cloud server video game system this soon.  Neither did most gaming gurus.  Will broadband be fast enough to let the system present us with lag free gaming?  We shall see, very soon!
