My office is always filled with an abundance of pictures, so my secretary decided it was time to do something else with all of those old photos. She thought she would look into digital picture frames, so all of my photos could continuously be shown on my desk. It was a great idea, as it reduced the clutter and offered a beautiful display of my family members. I took my secretary to lunch that day because of her thoughtfulness and ability to see what could change to make things better in the office. I think I may have to promote her soon.
